How We Work
A structured approach to production that keeps timing, quality, and approvals clear from start to finish.
Step 1: Send files and quantity
Share your part files and quantity, or call to talk it through first.
Step 2: Receive your Ship-by Date
Our applications engineer reviews the part, and our operations team confirms the date against the build schedule before we quote.
Step 3: Production and quality checks
Parts are printed on our HP Multi Jet Fusion 5600 and inspected against your requirements.
Step 4: Shipment with documentation
Photos, measurements against your drawing, and a Certificate of Conformance go with every order. We call it the Evidence Pack.
Ship-by Date
A Committed Date
We commit the date your order leaves our dock. We call it the Ship‑by Date. The people who run our floor confirm it before we quote it.
If a carrier slips, you hear from us first. When we quote, we tell you what transit typically adds.

Evidence Packs
What’s Included With Every Order
Every shipment includes a complete Evidence Pack.
Photographs, measurements against your drawing, and a Certificate of Conformance go with every order.
A typical order includes:
- CTQ (critical-to-quality) measurements
- Photographs
- Certificate of Conformance, traced to the build, and material on every line.

Start with a Real Part
We begin with a focused pilot:
- One part or part family
- Defined expectations
- Confirmed Ship-by Date
- Complete documentation
From there, you can decide how to move forward.
